These terms govern access to the HazTrackR marketing site (https://haztrackr.com) and application (https://app.haztrackr.com). They are a starting template. Name the operating legal entity, governing law, and any paid-plan terms before relying on them in production.
The service
HazTrackR provides software for tracking hazmat team equipment, calibrations, inventory, service activity, and related reporting. We may change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Organization owners are responsible for members they invite and for the data entered in that organization. You must be authorized by your organization to use the service on its behalf.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, probe it without authorization, or disrupt other customers
- Do not upload unlawful content or material you do not have the right to store
- Do not use the service as the sole system of record where law requires a specific form of official archive, unless you have confirmed it meets those requirements
Customer data
You retain rights in the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of operational and compliance records you enter. HazTrackR is a tracking and reporting aid; it does not certify equipment or replace required calibrations, training, or agency procedures.
Demo requests
Information you submit on the contact form may be used to respond to your request and to follow up about the product.
Intellectual property
The HazTrackR name, marks, and software are owned by the operator. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profits damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid no fees.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your data, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we must do so to protect the service or comply with law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires a different process.
